Online Admission procedure

NEW STUDENT
ADMISSION FORM
STEP 1: Go to scqc.edu.ph. Click Enroll. Select New student.
STEP 2: Open an account in the admissions portal https://sienaqc.orangeapps.ph/sienaqc/admission. Fill-out and complete the Application Form
on-line.
STEP 3: Click the link for the list of requirements for submission. Upload the required documents for evaluation then click the submit button.
STEP 4: Wait for the confirmation via SMS/Email for your application ID and password.
STEP 5: Once you receive an email notification that your application is approved. Pay the entrance assessment fee via bank transfer, please send your receipt o payment to_____________

STEP 6: Wait for the Guidance’s Office Email/SMS for entrance exam/interview schedule. Take the exam on your schedule date.
STEP 7: Upon confirmation from the Registrar’s office on the result of the exam/interview via email/sms or call, proceed to scqc.edu.ph. Click students Portal, log-in to your account using the application ID and password that was sent to you via SMS/Email.
  • Click Enlistment ensure correct year level. Edit and choose a payment plan.
  • Click Submit, pay the required down payment via bank transfer.
  • After payment, go to Tuition tab on your account, scroll down below and you will see the deposit slip section, select payment for tuition fee, upload image of deposit slip and click upload deposit slip.
STEP 8: Wait for SMS enrollment confirmation or you can login to your account and check the enrollment status for updates within 3 working days.
 STEP 9: Wait for the posting of your class schedule/section on your “orangeapps” portal.
 
CONTINUING STUDENTS
STEP 1: Proceed to scqc.edu.ph click student portal, and Log-in to “orangeapps” account
STEP2: Click Enlistment ensure correct year level. Edit and choose a payment plan.

Admission Requirements

Integrated Basic Education Department Requirements

1. Clear photocopy of the following:

  • NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (If Roman Catholic)
  • NCAE Result

2. Original copy of the following:

  • Current Report Card with LRN (with at least an average of 80% or higher, a deportment grade not lower than 80% or its equivalent).
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (For Grades 3-11 applicants only)
  • ESC/ QVR Certificate (For Grade 8-11 applicants only)
  • Medical Certificate (For Grade 11 applicants only)
  • Most recent assessment from Developmental Pediatrician & other therapists (For SpEd applicants only)

3. Latest Pictures (Colored-white background)

  • Three (3) pcs. 1” x 1”
  • Two (2) pcs. 2” x 2” (For SpEd applicants only))

4. For foreign students (additional requirements)

  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)b. Special Study Permit (SSP) issued by the Bureau of Immigration
  • Passport (Original copy verified)

College Department Requirements

1. Photocopy of the following:

  • NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (If Roman Catholic)
  • NCAE Result

2. Original copy of the following:

  • Current Report Card with LRN
  • Transcript of Record (for transferees)
  • Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential (for transferees)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Medical Certificate

3. Latest Pictures (Colored-white background)

  • Three (3) pcs. 1” x 1”

4. For foreign students (additional requirements)

  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
